We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Career Development Consultant Location : India (REMOTE) Type : Contract (6 months -extendable) Experience : 10+ years Shift : Saudi Shift - Sunday to Thursday - 10.30 am to 7.30 pm IST - Remote Required Skills SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management Career Development Planning (CDP) Recommended Successors Career Worksheet Career Explorer Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) Growth Portfolio Talent Pools Talent Review & Calibration Position-Based Succession Planning SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Integration Nice to Have SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM) SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Reporting SAP Fiori Apps for Project Management SAP S/4HANA Project System (PS) Agile and Hybrid Project Delivery Methodologies Experience in large-scale portfolio transformation programs. Key Responsibilities Lead the expansion and redesign of SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development processes across multiple levels of the organization, ensuring alignment with talent management and workforce planning strategies. Configure and implement Succession Management capabilities including Position-Based Succession Planning, Talent Pools, Nominations, Readiness Ratings, Talent Reviews, and Succession Org Charts.

Design and optimize Recommended Successors functionality to identify and evaluate potential successors based on competencies, performance, potential, and organizational requirements. Configure and enhance Career Worksheet capabilities to support employee career planning, development goals, target roles, and career progression frameworks. Implement and support Career Explorer functionality, leveraging AI-driven recommendations to provide personalized career pathing, role suggestions, and skill-based growth opportunities.

Configure and deploy Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) , including skills architecture, attributes library, competency frameworks, and talent intelligence capabilities. Implement and manage Growth Portfolio to enable employees to maintain and showcase skills, experiences, certifications, learning achievements, and career development activities. Integrate Succession & Development with Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Opportunity Marketplace, and other SuccessFactors Talent modules.

Facilitate talent review sessions, succession planning workshops, calibration meetings, and stakeholder discussions to support talent identification and leadership pipeline development. Develop talent analytics, succession dashboards, workforce insights, and management reports to support strategic talent decisions. Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, prepare solution designs, execute system configuration, support SIT/UAT testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities WHAT’S ON OFFER: You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
