About WTF Gyms WTF Gyms is a high-energy, fast-growing fitness brand headquartered in Noida. We are scaling aggressively and building a team that is as serious about performance as our members are about fitness. To support this growth, we are looking for a Senior HR Manager who can walk into a complex environment, fix what is broken, and build a best-in-class HR function from the ground up. Role Overview This is not a routine HR role. We are looking for a proven HR leader who is equal parts strategist, builder, and operator. You will take complete ownership of the HR department โ redesigning every process, fixing every gap, and ensuring that WTF Gyms runs with the HR discipline of a world-class organisation. Key Responsibilities HR Systems and Process Overhaul Conduct a full audit of existing HR processes and identify all gaps, delays, and failure points Design and implement a complete, scalable HR system from scratch Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, payroll coordination, and benefits Set up and manage HRMS tools and HR databases across all departments Build HR systems that are scalable and capable of supporting the company at 2x to 5x its current size 2.Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle โ from raising a manpower requirement to closing a hire on time Build and maintain a real-time recruitment tracker covering all open positions, planned replacements, and seasonal staffing needs Manage high-volume and seasonal hiring demands across multiple departments simultaneously Ensure zero vacancy gaps through proactive pipeline building and talent forecasting Standardise hiring timelines and hold all stakeholders accountable to them 3.Onboarding and Offboarding Redesign and own the complete onboarding process to ensure every new hire is inducted on time, with zero delays Ensure all documentation, system access, role briefings, and orientation are completed before or on Day 1 Define onboarding timelines for every department and track adherence rigorously Manage smooth offboarding processes including exit interviews, knowledge transfer, and full and final settlements 4.Learning, Development and Training Own and build the Learning and Development (L&D) function for WTF Gyms from scratch Design a structured training framework covering induction training, role-specific skill training, cross-functional development, and performance improvement programmes Define clear evaluation parameters and competency benchmarks for every role across every department Enforce a strict deployment policy โ no new hire or internal transfer may be deployed to any department without successfully completing the required training and clearing the defined evaluation parameters Conduct or oversee all pre-deployment assessments and maintain records of training completion and evaluation outcomes Continuously review and update training content and evaluation criteria based on business requirements and performance data Ensure L&D outcomes are measurable and directly linked to employee performance, quality of service, and retention 5.Multi-Department HR Ownership Serve as the primary HR partner for every department within the organisation Understand department-specific workforce needs and deliver tailored HR solutions Manage and resolve cross-departmental HR issues with speed, clarity, and ownership Build a smart escalation framework โ resolving issues at the appropriate level and escalating only when necessary 6.Employee Relations and Compliance Ensure full compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentation Manage payroll coordination, medical benefits, health insurance, and statutory filings 7.Performance Management and Culture Drive the performance appraisal process across all departments โ including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations Manage performance improvement plans (PIPs) and promotions with consistency and fairness Foster a high-performance, accountable, and people-first workplace culture Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organisational design, and talent retention strategies Requirements Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated experience leading and managing an entire HR department Proven ability to build HR processes, systems, and frameworks from scratch in a fast-paced or high-growth environment Strong hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, L&D, compliance, and multi-department HR operations Proficiency in HRMS platforms and HR data management Exceptional problem-solving skills with a solution-first mindset Strong ownership mentality โ you are accountable for outcomes, not just activities Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are an advantage Prior experience in the fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail sector is preferred Work Details Location: Noida, Sector 9, AMCO Tower (On-site) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Employment Type: Full-time Seniority Level: Senior Manager Who We Are Looking For We are not looking for someone to maintain the status quo.
