Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Call Center Sales Manager based in the Greater Delhi Area, with flexibility for some work-from-home hours. The Call Center Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the call center, focusing on driving sales, managing customer service excellence, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role involves leading and motivating a team, implementing sales strategies, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimizing processes to align with company goals. The manager will also handle escalation issues, participate in training initiatives, and maintain a collaborative work environment to achieve high team performance. Qualifications Proven experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Strong skills in Team Management and Team Leadership Experience in managing and optimizing operations in Contact Centers Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities Proficiency with CRM software and reporting tools Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and manage teams effectively Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
