Become a Salesforce Business Analyst at CCS and help drive impactful solutions in a hybrid work environment across multiple Canadian locations. This role focuses on CRM technologies and process optimization. In this position, you will lead structured sessions to define business needs and seamlessly convert them into functional requirements.
By collaborating with Salesforce Developers and Support teams, you will help enhance platform capabilities and ensure compliance with governance standards.
