The role You won’t be dropped into a generic desk. You’ll operate within a clearly defined vertical, aligned to how your clients actually structure their businesses. From there, your role is simple Work directly with founders, investors and senior leadership teams Deliver on senior mandates across leadership and team builds Build genuine long-term market authority (not transactional relationships) The environment you step into This is not a volume-led, transactional recruitment floor.
