Overview Elevation Senior Finance are partnering with a fast-growing modern advisory firm in their search for an experienced Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager to join their expanding team in Sheffield. The role would suit an ambitious tax professional who enjoys working closely with owner-managed businesses and private clients, delivering high-level advisory work while helping shape the future direction of a growing practice.

Role You will provide proactive tax advice across a broad range of matters affecting owner-managed businesses and private clients, including: Corporate and shareholder tax planning Business restructuring and succession planning Share schemes and employee incentives Property structuring and capital gains planning Inheritance tax planning, trusts and estates Managing HMRC enquiries and technical risk Supporting and mentoring junior team members Contributing to the growth and development of the wider tax offering This is a highly advisory-focused position with genuine opportunity to influence strategy and progress your career long term. About You The successful candidate is likely to have: CTA / ACA / ACCA qualification 3+ years\' post-qualified experience within tax advisory Strong experience advising owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurial clients Excellent client relationship and communication skills A commercial and proactive mindset The ability to work collaboratively within a growing team Individuals seeking a long-term opportunity with progression potential are particularly encouraged to apply.
