Associate District Manager

Sales Representative, Small Business Services ADP is hiring a Sales Representative to work within a defined geographic territory targeting clients and prospects with 1‑49 employees. The role focuses on selling payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and related solutions, and expanding existing accounts. In this position you will cultivate relationships, set appointments, gather leads from established partners, assess client needs, and close business in the field.

Prior sales experience is not required; ADP provides comprehensive sales training and technology tools. Responsibilities Close sales and meet or exceed geographic sales goals. Target decision‑makers and business owners to secure new accounts.

Deepen relationships within existing accounts by offering cloud‑based HR solutions and other services. Serve as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners with professionalism and ethical standards. Required Qualifications Positive self‑starter with a persistent, upbeat style and the confidence to cold call.

Problem‑solving ability with adaptability during fast‑paced change. A commitment to continuous learning and improvement. College degree preferred but not required; prior work experience in retail, marketing, business development, food service, insurance sales, or similar industries is acceptable.

Competitive uncapped commissions and incentive trips. Compensation Base salary ranges from USD 35,900 to USD 77,700 per year, with additional bonus, equity, or commission opportunities. Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or exempt salary requirement under law.
