We are conducting a confidential search for a General Manager to lead one of Nashville's most recognizable and highest-profile family dining restaurants. This flagship location is part of a well-established brand undergoing significant modernization, growth, and expansion initiatives.

Lead a flagship, high-visibility restaurant in the Nashville market Join a brand investing heavily in modernization and future growth Opportunity to make a direct impact on sales, culture, and team development Strong compensation package with uncapped bonus potential Be part of a leadership team focused on innovation, operational excellence, and expansion High-volume operation generating $50,000โ$60,000 per week, with peak volumes exceeding $80,000 through catering and special events Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner business Buffet, full-service dining, and bar operations Large team environment requiring strong leadership and coaching skills Significant focus on food quality, preparation, and execution Key Responsibilities Direct all restaurant operations and financial performance Recruit, develop, coach, and retain management and hourly team members Drive sales growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction Ensure food quality, safety, sanitation, and brand standards are consistently executed Manage labor, food cost, and controllable expenses Build a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement Develop future leaders within the organization Ideal Candidate Background We are seeking experienced General Managers from: Family dining concepts Full-service restaurants Concepts with alcohol/bar service Experience with brands such as Denny's, IHOP, Golden Corral, Huddle House, Cracker Barrel, Bob Evans, or similar high-volume restaurant environments is highly desirable.
