Pre-Sales Consultant Location: Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview: We are building a high-impact Pre-Sales team of Functional Consultants who will own the entire pre-sales cycle โ€” from understanding customer business pain points to designing the right BizAXL solution and delivering compelling product demos. You will act as the bridge between prospects and our platform, helping MSME owners, CAs, and consultants see exactly how BizAXL solves their real-world problems. Key Responsibilities: Customer Requirement Gathering & Analysis (40%) Conduct discovery calls, workshops, and requirement sessions with MSME owners and decision-makers. Deeply understand their current processes (accounting, inventory, HR, operations, etc.) and pain points. Map customer requirements to BizAXLโ€™s unified platform, 150+ SolKits, and vertical AI RAGs (Legal, Manufacturing, Agri, Health, Mech, etc.). Solution Design & Proposal (30%) Design tailored BizAXL solutions and create high-quality proposals, solution blueprints, and ROI calculations. Recommend the right industry SolKit + AI features that deliver maximum value. Work closely with the sales and partnership teams to close technical and functional gaps. Solution Demos & Presentations (30%) Deliver world-class product demonstrations (live & recorded) showcasing one-click deployment, AI workflows, dashboards, and industry-specific use cases.

Handle technical queries, customisations, and proof-of-concept (POC) discussions. Conduct webinars, group demos, and on-site presentations for prospects and partner networks. Must-Have Skills & Experience 1โ€“3 years of experience as Functional Consultant / Pre-Sales Consultant / Solution Consultant in SaaS, ERP, CRM, or business automation products.
