Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will assist in managing sales operations, coordinate with clients and internal teams, ensure seamless execution of processes, and provide exceptional customer support. Responsibilities include tracking sales orders, maintaining records, addressing client inquiries, and liaising with the sales team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Qualifications Proven expertise in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally and build strong relationships with clients and team members. Support sales team with quote preparation and update CRM Maintain order book region wise / person wise / product wise Interact with customer for order status update / payment follow ups / etc Prepare product catalogue thro external agencies Proficient in using relevant business tools such as CRM software.
Organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Language - Tamil / English / Hindi speaking (must)
