Job Description
As an Analytics & Reporting Manager within the Transformation Office (VCO), you will play a critical role in enabling transparency, rigor, and accountability across the enterprise value creation program. This role owns the analytics, reporting, and data infrastructure that underpins how transformation value is tracked, measured, and communicated to executive leadership. Location: Las Vegas (hybrid) Responsibilities Own and enhance the endātoāend value tracking framework for the enterprise value creation program Maintain and evolve tools and methodologies used to track initiative pipeline, savings realization, and performance versus targets and predetermined baseline Structure and deliver regular executiveāready reporting on: Value creation pipeline and initiative status Performance versus targets and plan Risks, slippage, and upside opportunities Prepare reporting leveraged by the Chief Transformation Officer and senior leadership for governance, steering, and decisionāmaking Ensure data quality, consistency, and transparency across reporting outputs Continuously improve reporting automation, scalability, and usability Work closely with the VCO team to guide how savings and value opportunities are structured, documented, and maintained in the value tracking tool Partner with VCO Finance to ensure alignment between value tracking, financial measurement, and P&L impact Provide standardized reporting and analytics to support Financeās validation and tracking of transformation impact Ensure consistency between initiativeālevel tracking and enterpriseālevel reporting Support analytics efforts to identify, size, and prioritize new value creation initiatives Perform analytical deep dives to quantify opportunities, assess tradeāoffs, and support factābased decision making Translate complex datasets into clear insights, implications, and recommendations for nonātechnical audiences Serve as a trusted analytics and reporting partner to crossāfunctional value creation teams Support teams that may be less familiar with data and analytics by providing guidance, structure, and clarity Enable a common language and understanding of performance across the enterprise Qualifications Required: Bachelorās degree in finance, economics, business, analytics, or a related field 4+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or finance roles supporting largeāscale transformations or performance programs Proven experience designing and maintaining performance tracking, reporting, and analytics in complex, multiāinitiative environments Strong analytical and structured problemāsolving skills Experience working across a broad set of analytics, data, and performance management tools, including Excel, Power BI, enterprise performance management platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive), and initiative/value tracking tools Ability to translate complex data into clear, executiveāready insights Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and executiveālevel communication and presentation skills Preferred: Experience in PEābacked portfolio companies, merger integration Exposure to advanced analytics, automation, or data transformation tools (e.g., Python, Alteryx) is a plus Benefits Competitive base pay and discretionary bonus eligibility (starting compensation range $76,179 to $180,000 USD) Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, accident, and disability insurance Tuition reimbursement and professional development support Paid time off to recharge Wellness programs Identity theft insurance 401(k) savings plan with company contributions Compliance with all local pay laws and collective bargaining agreements #J-18808-Ljbffr
