About The Role You will lead strategy and execution for one of our highest‑priority marketplace businesses, DashPass. In this role you will partner with a large cross‑functional team to drive customer acquisition, increase customer value, improve profitability, and grow DashPass to new heights. You will be responsible for creating best‑in‑class experiences for our customers, with a focus on owning new benefit incubation to drive user engagement and retention.

Your deep industry expertise and passion for innovation will keep you at the forefront of best practices and emerging trends. Responsibilities Lead strategy and execution for DashPass, a priority marketplace business. Partner with product, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to scale initiatives from concept to launch.

Own new benefit incubation to increase user engagement and retention. Transform strategies into operational experiments that create measurable and actionable outcomes. Communicate strategy and results to all audiences, including senior leadership.

Qualifications 8+ years of relevant management experience, ideally within a marketplace or subscription‑focused business or founder experience. Track record of scaling products and initiatives from 0 to 1 and driving significant, company‑wide impact. High bias to action and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.

Strong executive communication skills and the ability to manage up and across DoorDash. Experience building and developing high‑performance teams. Compensation Base salary ranges from $170,000—$250,000 USD, localized by work location.

Compensation may be modified in the future. Equity grants and other incentives are also available. Benefits 401(k) plan with employer matching. 16 weeks paid parental leave.
