Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies based on industry trends and customer insights that align with long‑term business goals. Implement strategic vision through innovation, marketing activation, and key selling strategies in partnership with sales. Inspire and influence cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring a cohesive approach to marketing initiatives.
Manage brand P&L via the monthly Integrated Business Planning process in partnership with finance, sales, and demand partners; own consumption drivers, marketing budget, risks/opportunities, and overall narrative to leadership. Gather and synthesize data from multiple sources to make informed decisions and recommendations for brand strategy and marketing initiatives. Lead the Chunky Brand Marketing team, including coaching and developing 3 direct reports (Sr.
ABM, ABM, and Brand Analyst). Key Relationships Reports to Brand Director – Ready‑to‑Serve Collaborates with Brand Marketers Works with Consumer Experience/Activation COE Cross‑functional partners (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) Qualifications (Must Have) Bachelor’s Degree Required 8+ years’ experience in consumer brand management with positions of increasing responsibility (MBA may count for some experience) Experience running a brand inclusive of campaign planning and media/measurement Experience managing direct reports Nice to Have MBA CPG experience strongly preferred Food/Beverage industry experience a nice plus Compensation and Benefits The target base salary range for this full‑time, salaried position is between $149,900 and $215,500. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training.
Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401(k), and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
