Contract Business Change Analyst โ LIMS We are seeking an experienced Business Change Analyst to support a LIMS implementation and transformation programme. Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping current and future-state laboratory processes, supporting stakeholder engagement, facilitating workshops, and driving user adoption across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience delivering LIMS projects Strong business analysis and change management skills Experience working with laboratory, quality, or scientific stakeholders Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Knowledge of regulated environments (GxP, ISO, GMP) is desirable Contract role with immediate start available.
