Job Description
Job Summary As a Sales & Service, you will be responsible for sales & service for entire region of Mumbai. The candidate shall co-ordinate with Design & Proposal team to pass on enquiry and get the quotation made by proposal team. The candidate shall generate leads, enquiries, follow up, close the deals and take up service calls on requirement basis.
Key Responsibilities : Technical Consulting: Understand customer challenges, processes, and systems to recommend appropriate technical solutions and improvements. Solution Design: Develop customized technical solutions and proposals that meet specific client requirements. Technical Support: Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting issues and ensuring satisfaction.
Sales Support: Collaborate with Design & Proposal teams to manage RFQβs and send quotations timely. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects, fostering trust and understanding. Market Intelligence: Gather competitive intelligence and market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Skills & Qualifications: 3 β 5 yearsβ experience in Sales & Service (Filters & Dryers) preferred; Should be Diploma with 5 Years of experience of B.Tech/ BE with 2-3 years of experience. Proficient is languages like English, Hindi, Kannada and any other language will be an added advantage. Knowledge of Bangalore Industrial Market, Entire Mumbai region; and Should have a 2 Wheeler and willing to be on field most of the times.
