Cleaning & Security Manager 37 Hours p/w Salary Scale : ยฃ39,496-ยฃ46,079pa Job Reference: CSM/0626 Choice is seeking to recruit a You will manage the annual ยฃ3?million budget for Cleaning & Security covering multiple schemes across Northern?Ireland. Youll combine hands-on inspections / quality monitoring with data-driven contract management to create clean, safe, compliant and welcoming spaces for 14,000?tenants. Reporting to the Head of Facilities Management, youll be our go-to expert on all things cleaning & security shaping strategy, and developing an attractive, well maintained and safe environment for our residents every day. This role is a blend of maintaining high standards of service, contract management, stakeholder engagement?and strategic planning.
