Job Description
Position: Customer Success Specialist Location: Ahmedabad, Prahlad Nagar ๏ธ Working Days: 6 days, Sat & Sun - working, 1 week off between Mon-Fri Experience Required: 1-3 years. Client: India's First toy Library Brand Salary: Upto 6 LPA Key Responsibilities : Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication. Understand client goals, expectations, and requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Customer Success & Support Ensure clients receive timely updates and support throughout project execution. Resolve client concerns and coordinate internally for quick solutions.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention rates. Coordination & Communication Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries. Follow up on ongoing tasks, deliverables, and client feedback.
Maintain proper communication records and reports. Process & Reporting Track client interactions, project status, and escalation points. Prepare weekly/monthly customer success reports.
Identify improvement opportunities in customer experience processes. Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Good organizational and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM tools is preferred.
