Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies and technical program management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading multiple Scrum teams, driving complex software development initiatives, and managing stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. This role requires both technical expertise and exceptional leadership skills to ensure successful delivery of projects aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple Scrum teams across diverse technical projects. Drive Agile practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and continuous improvement. Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Oversee project execution, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within teams. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in technical program management, Scrum, or Agile leadership .

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred. Strong technical foundation in software development, cloud architecture, and distributed systems . Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Preferred Skills Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
