Project Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Bardez. The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day project execution, ensuring residential construction and finishing activities are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams; managing project schedules, milestones, and deliverables; and monitoring site progress, quality, and safety standards.

The role involves conducting regular site inspections, resolving on-ground issues, and expediting materials and approvals to avoid delays. The Project Manager will also track project documentation, prepare status reports, support logistics planning for materials and equipment, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Strong project management skills, including experience planning, executing, and closing construction or real estate projects.

Experience in expediting and expeditor functions, ensuring timely flow of materials, approvals, and information between stakeholders. Knowledge of inspection processes, quality checks, and compliance with relevant building codes and company standards. Logistics management skills to coordinate material movement, site deliveries, and vendor schedules efficiently.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proficiency with project management tools and basic MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project scheduling software is an advantage. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities on-site.

Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Previous experience in residential or luxury real estate projects in India, especially Goa or similar markets, is preferred.
