Senior Developer – SQL / Full Stack / Systems Integration Location: Bristol (East) | Mainly office-based Type: Permanent We’re working with a growing digital agency that is putting together a new systems and integrations team for a major long-term client project. They’re looking for two Senior Developers who can work across SQL-based systems, full-stack development and software integrations. This is not a standard “build brochure websites” role -you’ll be involved in a large-scale ERP transition, CRM work, custom middleware, API integrations and wider business systems development.

The client is taking ownership of an existing ERP platform and needs a technical team in place to help transition, manage and integrate the system with other key platforms. You’ll be working alongside a Lead Developer / Lead Systems Engineer and another Senior Developer to deliver the project. What you’ll be doing: Working on a major ERP takeover and transition project Developing and supporting SQL-based systems Building integrations between CRMs, ERPs and third‑party platforms Working with APIs and custom middleware Supporting full‑stack development across internal and client projects Helping integrate systems such as CRM, telephony, accountancy software and wider business tools Working closely with senior technical leadership and project stakeholders Supporting the wider agency team where needed What we’re looking for: Strong SQL experience Experience working with APIs and software integrations Exposure to CRM, ERP, ecommerce or business systems projects Ability to work across different parts of a technical project Comfortable working in a fast‑paced agency or project‑led environment Around 2–3+ years’ commercial development experience, depending on background Magento experience is not essential, but exposure to Magento, ecommerce, CRM platforms or other business‑critical systems would be beneficial.

This would suit a developer who wants more variety than a typical web development role and enjoys working on complex systems, integrations and technical problem‑solving.
