Senior Key Account Manager

MSS Water, part of the RSK Group, are recruiting for a Senior Key Account Manager to join the team based in Cardiff, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position. Key Responsibilities Mentor and provide guidance to Key Account Managers and Junior Key Account Managers, helping them to develop their skills, knowledge, and strategies for managing key accounts effectively.

Ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations, surpassing client expectations and maintaining high standards of service. Oversee the Profit & Loss (P&L) of key accounts, ensuring financial health and profitability. Manage and supervise the daily operational activities of key accounts, aligning with contractual requirements and financial objectives.

Assist in coordinating and facilitating internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards, including Legionella Control Association guidelines. Qualifications and Experience Experience in mentorship and development of account management teams, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth. Extensive experience and deep understanding of the water and chemical treatment industry.

Experience in assisting with internal and external audits, including knowledge of standards set by bodies like the Legionella Control Association. Proven team management and leadership skills.
