A fantastic opportunity for a Learning & Development Assistant to join a leading US law firm. This role would suit an organised and proactive HR or Learning & Development Administrator looking to develop their career within L&D โ working closely with L&D team, youโll support the delivery and administration of training programmes across a range of practice groups and business services teams. Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, communications, materials, and attendance tracking. Maintain accurate training records, learning management system data, and reporting trackers. Administer external training bookings and support mentoring, onboarding, and development initiatives.
Collect and collate learner feedback, producing reports to support continuous improvement. Provide first-line support for training-related queries from learners and stakeholders. Assist with learning communications, training materials, and promotional activities.
Process departmental invoices and maintain accurate training expenditure records. Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development colleagues, and business stakeholders to support learning initiatives. Learning & Development Assistant Skills & Requirements: Previous experience within a HR, Learning & Development, Training Administration environment, ideally within a law firm.
Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and data. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
A proactive and collaborative approach with a willingness to learn and develop within Learning & Development. Experience using HR systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or training databases would be advantageous.
