Residential Construction Superintendent

Job Description Job Description Our Residential Construction Superintendent will oversee all projects, in house employees, and trade partners, managing a wide variety of complex remodel projects and custom home building. This role requires frequent on-site visits several times per week and high-level client interaction through regular meetings. The superintendent ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities Manage daily onsite construction activities and teams Supervise quality control and ensure adherence to blueprints Maintain compliance with safety regulations and protocols Coordinate construction schedules and allocate resources efficiently Oversee subcontractor performance and manage client communications Monitor project budgets and resolve issues promptly Document project progress and maintain accurate records Required Qualifications 5+ years in residential construction management Expertise in construction management, blueprint reading, and project scheduling Proven ability to manage budgets and enforce safety regulations Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience in quality assurance and team coordination Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent
