Customer Operations Manager

I am currently recruiting for a Customer Operations Manager on behalf of a well-established manufacturing and distribution business based in South Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced operations or customer service professional to join a growing company in a key leadership position, overseeing customer operations, order management, and internal coordination across multiple departments. Key responsibilities will include: Managing the customer operations / customer service team Overseeing order processing and delivery performance Improving operational processes and customer experience Working closely with warehousing, logistics, and production teams Managing KPIs, workflows, and team performance Handling escalations and driving service improvements Supporting business growth and operational efficiency The ideal candidate will have previous experience within manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environments and be confident managing teams in a fast-paced operational setting.
