As a Software Development EngineerII, youâll work on technology that enables natural, intuitive experiences across multiple device types. You are an autonomous software engineer who thrives in ambiguity and can make sound architectural decisions.
You have robust skills in distributed systems and fullâstack development that are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. You will Design and implement scalable systems for realâtime processing and multimodal AI integration Build core components of a horizontal capability that powers visual understanding across Amazonâs device ecosystem Partner with crossâfunctional teams to deliver endâtoâend customer experiences Solve complex technical challenges in distributed systems, realâtime processing, and API design A day in the life You will work on highâimpact projects that directly shape upcoming product launches. This role offers the opportunity to tackle Amazonâs hardest technical problems while building technology that will fundamentally change how people interact with AI assistants.
Youâll collaborate with talented engineers, ML scientists, and product teams in a fastâpaced, innovative environment.
