PURPOSE The Financial Analyst will coordinate (in English and Japanese) budget processes (โ€˜BPโ€™), perform modeling and projections of operational plans to determine financial results including revenue, profit and cash flow. Manage special projects, interface with MMC, CFO and President/CEO on financial related issues including consolidated profitability, profit by model and cash flow projections. You will build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide professional financial assistance in alignment with organizational priorities. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

RESPONSIBILITIES Prepares and takes leadership of BP along with financial forecasting to support strategic planning Prepares financial simulations Prepares Profit by Vehicle Model Reporting Prepares Cash Flow Analysis and Projections Reporting Financial Modeling of results using multiple planning scenarios Partners with MMC (parent company in Japan) and other internal departments to handle all requests and questions on an ongoing basis to ensure financial processes align with business objectives and support operational efficiency. Support the annual compensation cycles and create documents for DOA approval Other duties as assigned or required REQUIREMENTS 3 to 5 yearsโ€™ experience in corporate accounting Accounting/Finance degree or final years of recognized accounting program or equivalent combination of education and experience Highly proficient in Excel Fluent in English and Japanese #J-18808-Ljbffr
