Role Overview We are looking for a highly accountable Product Owner / Technical Project Manager who can take complete ownership of project execution, client communication, and team alignment. This role is not limited to coordination β you will be responsible for driving outcomes, ensuring delivery discipline, and maintaining strong client relationships. Job Title: Product Owner / Technical Project Manager Experience: 8β12 Years (Relevant Experience) Location: Pune (On-site/Hybrid) Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end project delivery across multiple clients and domains Run daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming Align engineering teams with sprint goals and ensure timely delivery Drive internal and client-facing meetings with clarity and confidence Act as the primary communication bridge between clients and internal teams Ensure accountability across developers, designers, and stakeholders Track progress, identify risks early, and proactively resolve blockers Translate client requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria Maintain and prioritize product backlogs using tools like Jira, Linear, or ClickUp Ensure deliverables meet quality, timelines, and client expectations Continuously improve team processes, workflows, and delivery efficiency Must-Have Skills & Requirements Strong command of spoken and written English (client-facing role) Proven experience in Agile/Scrum project management Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Linear, ClickUp, or similar Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Experience writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Strong ownership mindset β takes responsibility beyond assigned tasks Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to push teams and ensure work gets completed on time Experience in client communication and expectation management What We Are Looking For (Non-Negotiable Traits) Someone who drives execution, not just reports status Someone the team respects and follows naturally Someone who can handle pressure without losing clarity Someone who challenges ambiguity and brings structure Someone who ensures βthings get doneβ β consistently
