Job Title: BDM Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: 6:30 pm- 3:30 am (EST Time Zone) Job Summary: · We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in the Engineering Industry. · The ideal candidate should have proven experience in driving business growth, client acquisition, account management, and strategic partnerships within engineering services, product development, manufacturing engineering, industrial automation, automotive engineering, and technical consulting domains. Key Responsibilities :· Identify and develop new business opportunities within Engineering and Industrial Sectors · Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, engineering firms, product companies, EPC organizations, manufacturing companies, and industrial clients · Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, industry events, and strategic outreach activities · Understand client engineering requirements and propose suitable engineering, design, development, simulation, testing, or consulting solutions · Manage the complete sales lifecycle including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure · Collaborate closely with engineering, delivery, technical, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction · Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue growth and market expansion objectives · Conduct client presentations, technical discussions, capability demonstrations, and commercial meetings · Establish long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling · Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, emerging technologies, and market opportunities within engineering domains · Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer records using CRM tools . Required Skill s:· Strong experience in Business Development within the Engineering Services or Industrial Engineering secto r.· Good understanding of engineering services, product development lifecycle, manufacturing engineering, design engineering, and industrial operations.

Client acquisition, solution selling, and strategic account managemen t.· Ability to engage and influence Engineering Managers, Program Managers, Plant Heads, R&D Leaders, Procurement Teams, and C-level executive s.· Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skill s.· Experience handling enterprise clients and large-scale engineering project s.· Knowledge of engineering domains such as Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, Product Engineering, CAE, CAD, PLM, or Digital Engineerin g.· Strong analytical, business planning, and customer management capabilitie s.· Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tool s. Qualificatio ns:· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Production, Automotive, Aerospace, or related discipline s).· MBA in Business Management preferr ed.· Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development within the Engineering Indust ry.
