We’ve delivered hundreds of successful transformations, and we’re growing. Role Description (Full-Time, Remote) This is a 100% remote / work-from-home role (open to candidates anywhere in India). As a Sales Counselor at Fitwiser, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients – guiding them with empathy, honesty, and expertise.

Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day) Conduct video consultations – 20 to 30 video calls per week (80–120 calls per month) with warm inbound leads who are already interested in weight loss & wellness. Understand client needs – Listen actively, ask the right questions, and recommend the Fitwiser program that truly fits their lifestyle and goals. Do NOT oversell – Enroll only clients who are a great fit.

We believe in long-term success over short-term commissions. Manage your schedule – Open enough calendar slots to handle the monthly call volume efficiently. Daily tasks – Complete morning CRM updates (9:30–10:00 AM) and end-of-day reporting (6:30–7:00 PM), Monday through Saturday.

Team communication – Be available on Slack / WhatsApp from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST for coordination with coaches and operations. Own the full sales cycle – From the first β€œhello” to consultation, follow-ups, payment collection, and smooth handover to our coaching team. Maintain honest records – Track calls, conversions, and client feedback with integrity.

What We Offer (Compensation & Benefits) βœ… Fixed annual salary: β‚Ή2,50,000 - β‚Ή3,00,000 (based on experience & interview) βœ… Monthly performance incentives: up to β‚Ή49,000 over and above salary βœ… Work from home – no commute, flexible yet structured environment βœ… Full training on Fitwiser’s programs, sales process, and CRM tools βœ… Growth path – senior roles, team lead opportunities Requirements (Must-Haves) Own computer / laptop (reliable, with camera & mic) Own smartphone (Android or iOS) Active SIM card with stable internet connection Fluent English & Hindi (written + spoken) – you will be on video calls daily Ability to work full-time, 6 days a week (rotational week off) Minimum 1 year of closing experience in any service industry (preferred, but not mandatory for exceptional freshers) Experience with full sales cycle (lead qualification β†’ negotiation β†’ closing) is a big plus Who Fits Best?
