Senior Occupational Therapist Manager

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team, providing expert assessment, advice, and interventions for individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities. Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based assessments to support independence and daily skills. Develop and implement personalized support plans in collaboration with the team. Deliver therapeutic interventions, sensory assessments, and community integration activities. Work closely with service users, families, and staff to ensure holistic care and progress tracking. Provide training and support, maintaining effective communication and documentation. Stay updated on best practices in occupational therapy. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, 3+ years' experience working with adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism preferred.
