Murex Technical / Infrastructure Support Analyst - Hyderabad

Job Title: Murex Technical / Infrastructure Support Analyst Team: Investment Trading Technology (ITT) – Treasury & Markets Experience: 5 Years Location: Hyderabad About the Role The Investment Trading Technology (ITT) team supports Treasury & Markets (T&M) and is looking for an experienced professional to support Murex 3.1 applications. Murex is a leading platform for global trading, risk management, and trade processing, supporting multiple asset classes across Front Office, Risk, and Back Office in a complex multi-environment setup. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day production support for Murex / MLC / Risk users (FO, BO, Finance) Own and resolve high-severity production incidents end-to-end Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless support delivery Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term, preventive solutions Support Murex version upgrades and release activities following best practices Ensure stability across multiple production environments and grids Communicate effectively with business and technology stakeholders ✅ Mandatory Skills & Experience 5 years of Murex Support experience Strong knowledge of: Murex architecture & infrastructure Murex services and environment configuration Application & database architecture Hands-on experience with: Unix/Linux OS Shell scripting (writing, reading, debugging complex scripts) SQL (query analysis and troubleshooting) Experience supporting: Murex infrastructure UAT / non-prod environment setups Cloud-based Murex environments Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for Murex infra-related issues ⭐ Nice to Have Strong sense of ownership and accountability Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Interested candidates may apply directly to rajeshwari.rajendran@dxc.com
