Job Overview: We are hiring for a leading food-tech platform company in Hyderabad. The experienced local professional should have experience in B2B sales and field sales and should have excellent communication. Role Objective: The Sales Manager is responsible for the recruitment and long-term retention of individual local dining partners within a designated urban territory. This individual acts as the primary liaison for these partners, gaining a deep understanding of their operational hurdles to foster a collaborative relationship that drives increased order volume and market visibility. This is an advisory-focused, mobile position that requires a high degree of resourcefulness and a commitment to the success of business partners. Key Responsibilities: District Management: Assume full accountability for a specific geographic zone by establishing and maintaining productive professional ties with assigned vendors. Active Field Engagement: Execute a high-frequency meeting schedule, conducting approximately 80 to 90 on-site visits per month to provide service demonstrations and return-on-investment (ROI) evaluations. Strategic Advisory: Identify partner requirements by analyzing current logistical workflows, marketing expenditures, and commercial objectives to position digital solutions effectively. End-to-End Account Oversight: Manage the complete client journey, including initial proposals, contract negotiations, account activation, and sustained operational support.

Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor performance statistics to diagnose growth barriers, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement strategic course corrections. Financial Accountability: Meet defined revenue objectives within the territory while maintaining a clear view of the sales pipeline and lead conversion rates. Reporting & Intelligence: Maintain accurate daily performance records using advanced spreadsheet tools and provide field feedback to inform broader product strategy.
