Development Engineer at Strathcona Resources

Strathcona Resources Ltd. seeks a Development Engineer for its Lloydminster Thermal Team to lead asset development and optimize capital utilization. This role combines technical expertise with strategic planning to enhance asset value. As a Development Engineer, you will report to the Team Lead and be responsible for formulating and executing asset development plans.

You will prioritize capital to maximize value while managing budgets and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. Your focus will include new pad developments, technical readiness, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
