The Opportunity In this role you will serve as a Lead or Senior Engineer responsible for energy optimization, power system coordination, arc‑flash hazard analysis, electrical reliability, construction inspection, and coordination with local utilities and design teams.

Key Responsibilities Lead or Senior Engineer functions in power systems. Conduct energy optimization, power system coordination, arc‑flash hazard analysis, and electrical reliability studies. Inspect construction and resolve electrical issues.

Coordinate with local electrical utilities on project technical needs. Review supplier submittals. Act as liaison between the local design team, client, and remote design teams for I&C design.

Startup and testing of major electrical equipment. Additional Project Opportunities Lead electrical design for water/wastewater projects. Provide technical guidance on client standards to regional design centers.

Serve as technical expert in electrical power distribution and misc plant electrical systems for client consultations. Support business development related to enhanced electrical services. Build business relationships with clients to understand needs and drivers.

Client Focus Assist with identifying key client interests and drivers on less complex projects. Communicate client interests to team members and develop approaches to accommodate them. Provide support to business development or pursuit activities.

Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer license. 5+ years in electrical design, planning and construction services. Consulting and water/wastewater experience preferred. Experience with medium and low voltage power distribution equipment.

Understanding of PLC, SCADA, instrumentation and fiber optic cabling. Experience in a client‑facing / business development role. Power system analysis experience in SKM, ETAP or other analysis software.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program. Minimum of 5 years related work experience. Professional registration or licensure required or actively sought.
