Role Overview We are seeking a Sales Closer to join our fast-scaling team.

This role is all about converting qualified leads into paying clients. You will be the final touchpoint in the sales process—building trust, understanding client needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals confidently. Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one sales calls with qualified prospects (provided by our system).

Listen deeply to client challenges and tailor the pitch to their needs. Present our platform’s value clearly and persuasively. Overcome objections with confidence and empathy.

Follow up consistently to drive decision-making and secure enrollments. Maintain CRM updates with notes, call outcomes, and deal stages. Collaborate with the marketing and client success teams to improve conversions.

Consistently hit or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Qualifications Proven experience in consultative sales or closing roles (agency, SaaS, coaching, or high-ticket sales preferred). Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.

Proficiency in Hindi (native or fluent) and English (fluent). Comfort with CRM systems and structured sales processes. Confidence, conviction, and competitiveness to perform in a target-driven environment.
