Job description: Job Title: Compliance Analyst Location: Norcross, GA Job Type: Full Time (Salaried)- In Office Job Summary: The compliance analyst assists the Director of Risk Management, ensuring that the company functions in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its business goals. Under the direction of the Director, the compliance analyst will direct the compliance process, procedures, and regulations by routinely inspecting internal and external systems, safety, policies, and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: · Performs responsibilities in compliance with the Georgia Lottery Corporation (GLC) and other applicable municipal, state, and federal laws or regulations as well as ARC Gaming & Technologies company policies and procedures. · Assists in assessing company operations to determine compliance risk and vulnerabilities. · Helps to enforce all compliance procedures · Gathers discovery documents for the attorneys and legal team when needed for arbitration and litigation purposes · Keeps track of all active and inactive locations. · Compiles and creates reports, documents, and process records · Assist in the monthly auditing of active location files · Updates all compliance spreadsheets for tracking purposes · Identify and report internal and external potential risk and compliance violations to the Director · Reads and interpret the legal language within location contracts · May perform other duties directed by the Director Experience/Qualifications: · Must have a minimum of 24-months of compliance experience · Must be able to work flexible hours from August to September for 2-3 weeks · Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) · Must be able to receive constructive feedback · Must be able to effectively communicate, pay attention to detail, problem solve, meet deadlines, and follow directives. · Must be knowledge of legal requirements and procedures and be able to interpret contracts . · Must be analytical with strong attention to detail.

Training/Education: Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or 24 months as a paralegal
