Hiring: Customer Service Executive (Chat & Voice Process) - Teleperformance Location: Kolkata Shift: Rotational (Including Night Shifts) Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs Job Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives for an International Chat & Voice Process . This role involves assisting global customers, resolving queries, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries via chat and voice support (international clients) Provide accurate and timely information to customers Troubleshoot issues and escalate cases when required Maintain high quality service standards in every interaction Follow defined process guidelines and performance metrics Eligibility Criteria Qualification: HSC / Graduates (Freshers can apply) Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Basic knowledge of BPO Voice/Non-Voice / Customer Service Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills Shift Details Rotational shifts (including night shifts) Shift Window: Between 4 PM to 10 AM (any 9-hour shift) Compensation Annual CTC: โ‚น2,65,500 Monthly CTC: โ‚น22,000 Additional Information Immediate joiners are preferred How to Apply Contact: 9971908008 Email: anahita.ajmani@teleperformancedibs.com
