Engineering Intern – Boeing Canada Operations Ltd We are seeking a student intern in Boeing Engineering & Technology Innovation and Tool Engineering for a 4‑month program beginning September2026 in our Winnipeg office. Interns will work 40hours per week, 100% onsite, and must be legally able to work in Canada. The hourly rate is $23.50–$27.00CAD, depending on education level, qualifications and experience.

Position Responsibilities Assist in developing models, databases and spreadsheets to analyze data (e.g., statistics, operations research, engineering economics) and provide summary analysis and metrics for consultation to customers. Apply engineering techniques and concepts to product and process design teams throughout all phases of the product lifecycle, producing robust product designs and work statements that meet program requirements. Assist in research, design, development, improvement, and implementation of processes to enhance schedule performance, lower cost, and improve quality through Lean and other engineering concepts for large‑scale systems integration and asset utilization.

Utilize engineering methods (e.g., mathematical models, simulation, statistics) to support the development of optimal process designs and efficient utilization of resources (facilities, personnel, materials, equipment) in the creation and validation of products. Basic Qualifications (Required) Second‑year engineering student or higher in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, or a similar technical discipline. Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including PowerPoint and Excel.

Ability to work 40hours per week during the internship. Strong oral and written communication skills. Legal ability to work in Canada.

Eligibility to handle U.S. export‑controlled data and not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods. Preferred Qualifications (Desired) Previous internship experience. Experience and knowledge of aerospace structures and/or composite materials.
