About the Role As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team. Driving sales performance to achieve and exceed targets.

Implementing effective sales strategies and processes. Managing customer relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Monitoring market trends and competitor activity.

Maximising all profit opportunities for the business. Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry.

A strong track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. A passion for the automotive industry and a strong understanding of the sales process.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills. A positive, enthusiastic, and results-oriented attitude. A full UK driving licence.
