Change Management Analyst Contract Term: June 10, 2026 – March 31, 2027 Location: Edmonton, AB (Hybrid) Interview Timeline: Expected between May 29 – June 3 Incorp Rate: $68.96/hr T4: $58/hr Application Deadline: May 19 Overview A large-scale regulatory modernization initiative is underway to transition multiple disconnected systems into a single integrated digital platform. The organization is seeking a Change Management Analyst to support the planning and execution of organizational change activities tied to system releases and business transformation initiatives. This role will focus on supporting stakeholder readiness, communications, training coordination, adoption monitoring, and user engagement to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new digital processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of organizational change management (OCM) strategies across multiple system releases. Draft and manage stakeholder communications, key messaging, and change-related materials. Monitor adoption metrics, stakeholder feedback, and resistance management activities.

Identify training, communication, and readiness gaps and support mitigation plans. Coordinate post-release feedback collection and analyze adoption impacts and user experience. Translate findings into actionable recommendations to improve user adoption and engagement.

Collaborate with project teams, SMEs, and stakeholders to align OCM activities with project timelines and objectives. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned activities. Qualifications Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives within large transformation or digital modernization projects.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience developing communications, training materials, and user support documentation. Ability to analyze feedback, adoption metrics, and stakeholder readiness data.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced project environments. Ability to quickly learn new systems, business processes, and technical concepts.

Hold a PROSCI or CCMP certification Work Arrangement Hybrid role with primarily remote work within Canada. Occasional onsite meetings in Edmonton, AB may be required with reasonable notice. Standard work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM MST.

Additional Requirements Criminal background check required. Completion of mandatory compliance and security training upon onboarding. Candidates must provide their own computer and home office equipment compatible with remote access environments (Windows preferred). #J-18808-Ljbffr
