Summary The Data Analyst is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
This role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets; developing dashboards and reports; and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support strategic planning and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret project, financial, and operational data from construction systems (ERP, project management, equipment, and safety). Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor project performance, costs, schedules, productivity, and safety metrics.
Track key construction KPIs and provide actionable insights to support project planning, forecasting, and decision‑making. Extract, transform, and validate data obtained from various sources to build clean and consistent datasets for analysis. Develop and maintain standardized data models and metrics that promote a single source of truth across teams.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across projects and reporting tools. Automate reporting processes and support BI system implementation and optimization. Collaborate with Project Managers, Finance, and Operations to meet data and reporting needs.
Monitor data quality and proactively identify inconsistencies or gaps in data integrity, working with technical teams to resolve issues. Automate recurring data requests and streamline manual reporting processes. Present insights clearly to management and assist teams in using dashboards effectively.
Stay updated on BI tools and construction analytics best practices to improve reporting and analysis.
