Location: This is an in-person position based in Vaughan, Ontario, with occasional travel to our Brampton facility and our Headquarters in Bruchsal Germany. Position Overview The Test Automation Engineer designs, implements, and maintains automated testing solutions to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of digital products and platforms. This role works closely with development, DevOps, and platform teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, improve test coverage, and enable fast, repeatable, and scalable quality assurance processes across the software lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites covering UI, API, integration, and regression testing Ensure high test reliability, efficient execution, and smooth integration into CI/CD workflows Integrate automated tests into delivery pipelines to support continuous testing and fast feedback Drive continuous improvement of automation frameworks, test strategies, and quality engineering practices Improve test coverage while reducing manual effort and regression risk Analyze test failures, identify flaky tests, and address environment or data‑related issues Contribute to quality standards, best practices, and reusable testing components Technical Environment Experience with automated testing for UI, API, and integration using modern frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) Strong understanding of test design, test strategies, and quality assurance methodologies Proven ability to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and maintain reliable execution Skills in building maintainable automation frameworks and reusable test components Good understanding of software architecture and microservices to validate complex systems effectively Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities for test failures, flaky tests, and environment issues Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in test automation or quality engineering Experience testing distributed or service‑based systems Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across cross‑functional teams Clear written and verbal communication skills What We Offer Opportunities to shape enterprise integration standards and platforms A collaborative engineering culture with strong product alignment Exposure to global systems and large scale integration challenges Salary Range $100,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on technical proficiency and years of relevant experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
