We are hiring for Customer Support Executive - Voice Process (Work from Office) Role: Customer Support Executive - Voice Process (Work from Office) Only immediate Joiner will be considered. Role Overview: We are looking for candidates to provide voice-based technical support for HP India customers, assisting with troubleshooting queries related to personal systems and printers.

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls for HP personal systems and printers. Diagnose and provide efficient technical troubleshooting solutions. Guide customers through step-by-step resolution processes.

Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication. Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
