Become an integral part of the ServiceNow Centre of Excellence as a Business Analyst, focusing on streamlining demand intake and governance processes. This management role is hybrid and based in multiple Canadian locations. You will report to the ServiceNow CoE and lead the enterprise intake for all ServiceNow demand.
Your responsibilities include facilitating workshops, guiding stakeholders in articulating their needs, and translating these into well-structured, actionable requests. Your high-level analytical skills will directly impact governance and prioritization decisions. Key Responsibilities: โข Lead stakeholder discussions to clarify business needs โข Ensure demand flows through the ServiceNow intake process โข Prepare inputs for value-based prioritization forums โข Document key use cases and risks effectively โข Assist in maintaining the quality of demand records Requirements: โข At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst โข Familiarity with ServiceNow SPM and enterprise platforms โข Strong analytical and problem-solving expertise โข Proven experience in stakeholder management โข Capacity to manage scope and business value effectively Help shape the future of demand management as a Business Analyst within the ServiceNow CoE. #J-18808-Ljbffr
