Live Events Booking Manager Role

Join Oak View Group as a Live Events Booking Manager, where you will support event scheduling and execution across multiple venues like TD Coliseum and FirstOntario Concert Hall. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the scheduling and planning of live events • Manage all event-related administration tasks • Liaise with promoters, agents, and rental clients • Keep accurate records of show files and calendars • Assist with on-site support during events Requirements: • 3–5 years in event coordination or venue booking • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Knowledge of booking or event systems is an asset Excel in live events management and enhance client relationships as a Booking Manager with Oak View Group. #J-18808-Ljbffr
