Sr. SailPoint IDN/ISC Developer

Job Title: Sr. SailPoint IDN/ISC Developer Location: (Remote) Employment Type: (FullTime or Contract) About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) / Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SailPoint’s SaaS-based Identity Security platform, with strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing identity and access management (IAM) solutions. This role requires in-depth technical proficiency, problem-solving ability, and the capability to lead and support large-scale identity projects. Key Responsibilities · Design, develop, and implement IAM and IGA solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud . · Configure and onboard authoritative sources (HR systems, Web Services, AD/LDAP, Cloud apps and Custom Apps). · Integrate business and technical applications including Active Directory, Databases, SaaS platforms, Web Services-based applications and ServiceNow · Develop and maintain connectors, rules, workflows, provisioning policies, certification campaigns, and lifecycle events . · Support access reviews, access request workflows, role management, and compliance reporting . · Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance. · Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to define and implement identity security policies. · Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment phases of IAM projects. · Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and contribute to best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications · 6 plus years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) · 5 plus years of hands-on development experience with SailPoint IdentityNow / ISC . · Strong knowledge of Identity lifecycle management, Access provisioning, RBAC/ABAC, and Governance . · Expertise in developing with Java, Beanshell, XML, REST APIs, PowerShell, and scripting languages . · Experience integrating with cloud and on-prem applications such as Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, Workday, ServiceNow and SAP . · Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, SSO, federation, and privileged access concepts . · Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications · SailPoint IdentityNow/ISC Certified Engineer or Developer . · Experience with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and containerized environments . · Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ is a plus. · Prior experience in financial services, healthcare, or regulated industries
