Job Details Job Requisition Number: 8408 Work Type: Permanent Job Function: Finance Salary Range: £42,786 - £48,912 Responsibilities Develop, maintain and improve financial models to support budgets, forecasts and long‑term financial planning. Provide analysis, insight and scenario modelling that helps the business understand financial performance and future risks. Ensure models and reporting are accurate, transparent and aligned with regulatory, Treasury and internal requirements.

Translate financial and operational data into clear reporting, dashboards and commentary for senior stakeholders. Work closely with Finance Business Partners, Regulation, Treasury and operational teams to ensure strong alignment and shared understanding of key drivers. Support continuous improvement across modelling, systems, data flows and reporting processes.

Be comfortable starting from a blank sheet and forming your own analytical approach, rather than relying solely on pre‑defined templates or established outputs. Who you’ll work with Internal Functional Leadership Finance Director Finance Business Partners Management Accountants External Audit Qualifications Demonstrable experience in an analytical finance role with proven success in building financial models and creating insightful management reporting. Experience with tools like Excel, Power BI or other analytics platforms (or a willingness to learn).

Enjoys developing analysis where there is no established template or benchmark. Comfortable applying judgement to assess whether outputs are sensible and decision‑ready. Values rigour and clarity over process for its own sake.

Has a relevant financial qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA etc) or is working towards one. Experience in a regulated environment is helpful but not essential.
