Project Manager

We are looking for a commercially minded Project Manager with experience delivering premium workplace projects, to join a top London agency. As the link between client, contractor and internal teams, you will play a key role in creating bespoke spaces with projects varying in scale from minor aesthetic upgrades to end-to-end delivery of full scale office fit outs. Whatever the requirement, the quality of your work will always need to be of the highest standards Skills & Experience Proven track record in commercial office or workplace projects (client, consultancy, or contractor side) across all RIBA stages.

Strong understanding of MEP systems, fire safety, Building Regulations, and statutory compliance. Ability to manage multiple live projects within fast-paced, occupied environments. Including: defining procurement strategies, managing budgets, and driving cost-effective solutions Excellent communication 3+ years’ experience, relevant degree (or equivalent) Professional accreditation (RICS, CIOB, APM) or working towards - highly desirable.
