Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resource Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

The role includes creating and implementing HR policies, fostering a positive workplace environment, coordinating training programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with teams to enhance employee engagement and alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications Expertise in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition Strong skills in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Policy Development Proficiency in Training Coordination and Employee Engagement initiatives Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to workplace challenges Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in an HR role (minimum 1 year required) is preferred
