Remote/Virtual | Contract | Must Support Quebec and at least one of: Ontario, Alberta, BC, NFLD, NS, NB Our client is growing its Mental Health Care team and is seeking experienced, compassionate, and highly organized clinicians to join as Bilingual Mental Health Clinician. This is a unique opportunity to work within a collaborative interdisciplinary environment supporting members navigating mental health challenges through virtual care, coordinated treatment planning, counselling support, and case management.
We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences while balancing clinical insight, strong communication skills, and thoughtful case coordination- think: clinical care navigator / telehealth mental health clinician. What You’ll Be Doing Conduct intake assessments using a bio - psycho - social approach Provide supportive counselling and mental health guidance via phone and video Coordinate and manage member cases throughout program participation Support members in implementing treatment action plans and navigating care pathways Collaborate closely with psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, occupational therapists, and social workers Facilitate communication between members, clinicians, and third party partners Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation within EMR systems Contribute to a positive, supportive, and clinically strong team environment Assist members with both clinical and technical support throughout their care journey What We’re Looking For Fluently bilingual in both English and French (written and verbal) Master’s Degree in: Social Work Nursing Occupational Therapy Active registration and good standing with your governing college 5+ years of experience within mental health, healthcare, behavioural health, EFAP, hospital, community, or related clinical settings Experience with: mental health assessments counselling interventions case management coordinated care planning Strong understanding of: mood disorders determinants of health disability and functional impacts mental health systems and resources Experience working within interdisciplinary clinical teams Comfortable navigating technology, EMRs, and virtual care environments Additional Assets Experience or training in: CBT DBT ACT Motivational Interviewing Mindfulness-based therapies The Ideal Fit This role is well suited for clinicians who thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and enjoy balancing clinical support, care coordination, member advocacy, and interdisciplinary teamwork.
